Penistone Church Beer Festival, 2nd-3rd May 2025
For the past two years, we have organised a beer festival in our local church, St John the Baptist Church, Penistone. The event features over 50 different beers from a range of independent breweries, ciders, spirits and wines. The event not only promotes great beer, it also raises valuable funds for the church as well.
This year the festival is going to be bigger and better than ever.

Bottle & Co collaboration brew day - February 2025
For the past few years, we have done a collaboration brew with our friends at Bottle & Co. Our 2024 collab, Two by Four won an Untappd Community gold award in the American IPA category for 2024. This year we've teamed up again to brew a hoppy session beer.
Pinky Boots brew day - November 2024
Each year we do a collaboration brew with the ladies at Queens of Kraft. To brew this beer, we use the Yakima Chief Pink Boots Society hop blend which celebrate women in beer. This year, Sarah and Rebecca came along for the brew day. Queens of Kraft meet at the taproom the last Tuesday of each month to discuss all things beer related.
Penistone Show, September 2024
Once a year in September, Penistone Agricultural Show takes place and our town is visited by hundreds of people from near and far to attend the show for the day.
This year Dave went back to his chef roots and along with his daughters, Alix and Aimee they opened a pizza pop up at the back of the tap. The tap room was bustling with people popping in for a drink and a pizza post show.
Watch this space as we will be doing a similar event for next years show as well.
